Before the Wedding — Booking, Planning & Communication
From the moment you get in touch, you will be speaking directly with me. I reply personally, answer questions clearly and send over a detailed brochure so you know exactly what to expect. Once your date is secured, I stay available throughout your planning process for advice on timelines, lighting, venue logistics and anything else that helps your photography fit naturally into the day rather than feeling rushed or staged.
Because I regularly photograph weddings across Bristol, Bath, Somerset and the Cotswolds, I understand local venues, seasonal light and travel timings well. This allows me to offer practical guidance that reduces stress and helps you feel confident long before the wedding arrives.
You will also receive simple planning questionnaires and optional calls so I can understand your priorities, family dynamics and the atmosphere you want to create. Nothing is left to guesswork — clear communication means you always know what is happening and when.
During the Wedding — Calm Direction & Natural Storytelling
On the day itself, my role is to be both supportive and unobtrusive. I blend documentary storytelling with gentle editorial direction, capturing genuine, unscripted moments while stepping in when needed to help with flattering light, posture or positioning.
You will never be forced into stiff poses or left wondering what to do. Most of the day unfolds naturally while I quietly observe and document real interactions, laughter and emotion. When it comes to couple portraits or group photographs, I offer calm, clear guidance so everything feels smooth rather than overwhelming.
Because I provide full-day coverage from morning preparations through to the first dance and evening celebrations, your story is documented in its entirety. This continuity allows moments to develop organically and ensures no meaningful detail is missed.
After the Wedding — Editing, Delivery & Your Final Gallery
Once the celebrations are over, the behind-the-scenes work begins. Every image is carefully reviewed and individually edited in my signature romantic and timeless style. This is a meticulous process that prioritises natural skin tones, balanced colours and visual consistency across the full gallery.
Your photographs are delivered via a private online gallery with unlimited downloads, making it easy to share with friends and family wherever they are. You will receive both high-resolution images suitable for printing and web-resolution files for social sharing. Most couples receive 600+ fully edited photographs, giving you a complete visual narrative rather than a small highlight selection.
Turnaround times are clearly communicated in advance so you always know when to expect your gallery and can look forward to reliving the day without uncertainty.

What is your photography style?
My style blends natural, documentary storytelling with a refined editorial approach. This means your day is captured as it unfolds, with genuine emotion and real moments, alongside gently guided portraits that feel relaxed, flattering and timeless rather than posed.
Will you help us feel comfortable in front of the camera?
Absolutely. Most of my couples tell me they feel nervous about being photographed — and that’s completely normal. I offer calm, subtle guidance throughout the day so you never feel awkward or unsure what to do. My approach is designed to feel relaxed and natural.
Do you work with second photographer?
Yes! I work with few selected talented photographers. You can choose to add a second photographer to your package.
Do you travel for destination weddings?
Absolutely!! I am so passionate about travel and would absolutely be ecstatic to travel to your amazing wedding. I already shot many destination weddings and my list is growing yearly. Please inquire whenever your wedding is planned!
Would my guests be able to download their photos too?
Yes!
I want all your family and guests to be able to download photos to remember your special day! You can share the gallery link with friends and family, where they can download any of the images they would like in high and web-size resolution.
How do we enquire or receive more information?

How do we secure our wedding date?
Your date is secured with a signed contract and booking fee. Once confirmed, I’m fully committed to your wedding and available to support you throughout the planning process.
Can we meet or have a call before booking?
Of course. I’m always happy to arrange a call so we can talk through your plans, answer any questions and make sure we’re the right fit. If you’re Bristol-based, I’m also very happy to meet for a coffee. Feeling comfortable with your photographer is just as important as loving the photographs.

I limit my diary to just 25 weddings per year to ensure I can give me all to every single couple that books me as their wedding photographer. Taking on a limited number of bookings allows me to give my full and undivided attention to each of my couples and ensures that I’m incredibly proud of every gallery I deliver.
